Hosted by Renee from Nurture the Seed. In this chat, Renee (a clinical dietician) will help you understand how to fuel your body as a woman tackling new running goals and show you how to make some of her fave recipes.

Join us for a Sports Bra Fitting session with Faye from Mama Movement.
Plus, Mardi from Happy Feet will be joining us with two workshops for your feet. A beginner workshop where you will learn how to look after your feet before and after running, give them some love and prevent common issues like plantar fasciitis. And a second workshop for those wanting to take their foot therapy to the next level. Join in for one or both – your feet are going to love you for it.
