The 5km Get Faster Program

In this 9 week program, we’ll help you build your pace, learn how to negative split and get faster and more confident running 5kms.

With new interval training sessions, and pace challenges throughout, Coach Bel will take you (safely) out of your comfort zone and help you learn how to get faster!

Perfect if you’ve already completed the 5km program and want to work on pace before building distance OR if you’re already running longer distances but want to make your pace the main focus of your training over shorter distances.

The 10km Get Faster Program

If you’ve already tackled the 10km program, or perhaps the half marathon and want to work on improving your pace, this is the perfect program for you.

Over nine weeks, Coach Bel will challenge you with interval training sessions, building time trials and other fun (and yes, mildly torturous) new sessions – all designed to help you get faster at the 10km distance.

If you want to improve your pace and get a handle on negative splitting, Coach Bel will take you (safely) out of your comfort zone and help you get there inside ten weeks.

What's the cost for returning members?

As a member of my RUN family, you get 50% off the program cost. It’ll be $124.50 if you sign up by October 16.

Should I stay at 5km or move up to 10km?

If you’re looking to stretch yourself and take on that next goal, enrol in the 10km program!

The time required for the 10km program will start off at 2 hours a week and build up to around 5 hours in total a week.

What are your other options?
1. You can re-enrol in the 5km if you’d like to focus on getting more comfortable running up to 5kms. You know the time commitment already (starts at 1.5 hours a week, and builds up to around 4 hours) and you can focus your energy on your technique and pace at this distance.

2. Or alternatively you can enrol in the Get Faster 5km program to focus on improving your pace at this distance.

Should I stay at 10km or move up to 21km?

If you’re keen to take on an extra challenge, you can enrol in the 21km distance! It’s perfect if you’re already running 10kms, or can run for an hour without stopping, and are keen to get to the next level.

The time required for the 21km program starts at 2.5 hours and builds up to around 6 hours a week.

OR – you can re-enrol in the 10km if you want to get more comfortable running this distance, or enrol in Get Faster 10km program to focus on improving your pace at this distance.

What happens if I don't re-join?

That’s totally cool. You’ll still have access to the Facebook group and the incredible community we’ve built together (you can’t get away from us that easily!) but you’ll lose access to the program content in October.

You can jump back in on a future round when you feel ready.

How different are the new Get Faster programs?

In terms of structure, they’re similar to the program you’ve already done in that you will have 3 x running sessions a week.

But there will be a larger emphasis on your interval sessions, and the long slow distance run session that you’re used to will change quite a bit. Coach Bel will challenge you with goals to negative split (get faster km by km), and has structured these distance runs with different pace challenges each week.

Will it feel comfortable? No. Not really. But that’s the point!
Coach Bel will take you (safely) out of your comfort zone and help you learn how to get faster! Yewww! You speedy little cat!

What are the benefits of re-joining?

If you’re going up a distance, you’ll get the training program to get you to your new goal.

And if you’re choosing to work on your pace inside our new “Get Faster” programs, you’ll get to be the first to trial Coach Bel’s brand new speed sessions.

Regardless of which program you’re doing, you’ll get a six week maintenance program to keep your fitness up over the holidays (so you won’t miss a beat!) and, of course, the accountability and structure of the program (and the amazing support of our community).

You’ll get access to all live calls throughout the program, including live coaching from Turia and Coach Bel, and any bonus giveaways and course upgrades we bring in.
