Take the Running Roadmap quiz
Discover what’s *really* holding you back from lacing up your running shoes – plus, get a personalised, mum-friendly roadmap for turning your roadblocks into action (without burning yourself out).
Let's be real here:
There’s no such thing as “just going for a run” when you are a mum.
You can’t just throw on a sports bra, grab your favourite water bottle, and head out the door whenever the mood strikes you.
More often than not, there are a million things competing for your attention…
Like that pile of dirty laundry in the corner, or another Zoom school lesson that somehow coincides with your quarterly sales meeting at work….
YEP, IT’S A LOT. BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN’T DO IT.

A custom Spotify playlist to jam out to on your next run (it’s got TLC *and* Ed Sheeran on it, yo 🎵 )
Listen up: this is no ordinary, Buzzfeed-style quiz.
It won’t tell you what kind of onion you are, or which Harry Potter character is your soulmate (#TeamSirius). But it *will* help you…
- Get your butt out the door, day after day (even if you’ve got a towering to-do list and nothing but a coffee-stained Spice Girls t-shirt to wear on your run)
- Find ways to prioritize yourself (and your runs) so that you can show up for your family as your very best, endorphin-fueled self
- Say goodbye to perfectionism and comparison-itis by tapping into your super-secret superpowers (shhh, don’t tell anyone)
But wait… Who the heck am I, and how did I figure this all out?
Short answer? The hard way.
While competing in a 100km ultra-marathon in the Australian outback in 2011, I encountered an out-of-control grassfire. Trapped by the flames, I suffered burns to 65% of my body.
Surviving against overwhelming odds, I’ve since rebuilt my life and defied every expectation placed on me.
I’ve written three best-selling books, coached over 40,000 people in my digital courses, shared a stage with Tony Robbins, competed in the Ironman World Championships, sailed a boat around French Polynesia, walked the Kokoda Trek, met some amazing people and I’ve grown a team and a business that I’m truly proud of.
And… I’ve done quite a few of those things while being a Mum, and scheduling my runs and speaking gigs alike around the needs of my family.
If I can do it, you can, too. I believe in you.

OK, so you still don’t think you can be a “runner”?
That’s what these legends thought too.
I believe anyone can be a runner. Now, these women believe it too.
They joined Run with Turia, my running program for Mums, and learnt how to put themselves first, overcome their fears and get from the couch to the finish line.
“In a few weeks you’ll look back and think: Wow, that was awesome! Why didn’t I do that sooner?”
