    I recently finished your book (but I didn’t get the second edition d’oh! – I can’t wait to read about your experience with Hakavai) and I’ve just finished the first lesson of your MMR. LOVE your stuff. Thank you for sharing your attitude and learning.

    On a practical level, I love the website for MMR. It works (yay, always great), is easy to navigate and it’s beautiful (really, the web design and content just fit together). I’ve fallen out of online programs at the beginning because they just didn’t work or I couldn’t figure out WTH was going on with the content.

    On the MMR lesson, it has already changed me (day 1). I used to do bits and pieces of these things, but only if I woke up after a good sleep or if I woke focused and in the right head space. I didn’t realise it could be a routine (*bing*) and instead I would spend many weeks sliding off the rails feeling snappy and rubbish before realising that I need work on myself and my head space. Your MMR is a great step to start that off and is so easy. I hadn’t thought that I could actually ctrl-alt-delete the morning and start the day in the right way… without needing to do stacks of meditation in dancers pose. Thank god. Thank you for making the MMR so available. I had no barriers/excuses to stop me from diving right into it and I signed up as soon as I saw it. So thank you!
