Here’s the gist of my story:
In 2011, I was a mining engineer, living my dream life in the Australian outback. Then, while competing in a 100km ultra-marathon, I was caught in a grassfire.
I make cool stuff that
helps people get happier.
I’ve written three best-selling books, coached over 40,000 people in my digital courses, shared a stage with Tony Robbins, competed in the Ironman World Championships, sailed a boat around French Polynesia, walked the Kokoda Trek, met some amazing people and I’ve grown a team and a business that I’m truly proud of.Play Video
I like surfing, running, bushwalking, geology and writing (so pretty much the same hobbies I had when I was ten years old!).
I’ve been described as ‘bossy’ and ‘obstinate’. But I prefer to trot over to my bookshelf, pull out the thesaurus and pick new words, like ‘masterful’ and ‘gritty’ and ‘never gives up’.
I hate eating the same thing everyday for breakfast, but am very open to eating the same thing every day for dinner.
I once paid for an entire week of private dancing lessons in New York with the ultimate aim of being Beyonce’s sidekick… and am still waiting for my invite.
I love that my story has resonated with millions of people around the globe, and I love that I get to help people get happier, more confident and more… well, you know, whatever you want to be more of!

I write stuff especially for YOU. I write about happiness, confidence, overcoming self-doubt and living the life we want to live for ourselves.
Those topics can seem a bit heavy at times though, so I balance it all out with a good dose of regular human stuff like tripping over my shoelaces and forgetting my keep cup.
