Can I train for a different marathon?


This training plan will run from July 1, 2024 to November 16, 2024.

You can use it to train for any marathon that suits that timeframe.

Does this program cover my enrolment in the Queenstown Marathon?

No. Purchasing this product will only grant you access to our training plan.

We have no association with the Queenstown Marathon, so you will need to separately organise and purchase your entry into the Queenstown Marathon (or other marathon of choice).

Who organises my travel and accommodation?

That’s over to you to organise! We at Team Turia have no association with the Queenstown Marathon so all personal travel, accommodation, entry fees and insurances will need to be organised separately by you.

How far do I have to be running already to start this program?

We recommend clocking 21kms by June 29, 2024.

When does training start?

Training officially starts in late July.
