How to fuel motivation by taking action

Wanna know what most people say to me? They say “You’re always doing so much – you must be one of those “naturally motivated” people right?”

There’s this belief out there (especially when you’re working on a new project or a big goal) that somehow, magically, you’ll just click into this motivated mindset where you’ll just be overflowing with excitement and energy and enthusiasm and absolute passion and just want to get stuck in.

And sure, some days are like that. You might wake up pumped, full of energy, ponytail swinging, ready to hit the gym, and smash that work presentation.

But, most of the time, life’s not like that. 

The biggest lie we tell ourselves is that when we don’t feel motivated to keep going to the gym or to stick to that running program, that something is WRONG with us. 

This isn’t true. 

The trick with motivation is.. you have to pick the right goals, for the right reasons…
