I have some questions for you.
What would happen if you loved your body unconditionally?
What would happen if you put the kids dessert on the same plate and their main meal?
Is chasing ‘beauty’ robbing us of the present?
How do we make sure our kids grow up with good body-image?
These are the questions that I was able to ask the lovely Dietician and Nutritionist Lyndi Cohen, aka The Nutritionist in today’s chat. And as usual, she delivers some food for thought (pardon the pun).
