Do you ever feel like you don’t have the time to do something you really want? Or the money? Or do you feel like you don’t have the right degree for the job you want?
I do too. And I refer to this list of things that we don’t have as um, the DON’T HAVE’S.
And we all have them right?
Now, I’m not here to tell you that your ‘DON’T’ HAVE’S aren’t legitimate. We’re all playing with the cards that we’re dealt and that’s okay.
Your barriers? No time? No money? They’re legitimate barriers between where you are now, and where you want to be.
But I think most barriers are figureoutable.

This worksheet is one of the tools I share with the women inside my running program Run with Turia.
Because here’s the thing, my love:
Everyone in the world has something they don’t have.
They don’t have the time, the money, the support, the expertise, the body, the fitness, the pram, the shoes – the whatever – to do what it is they want to do.
Maybe you’ve been thinking that:
- The reason you can’t get consistent with exercise is because you don’t have the time, or;
- The reason your nutrition hasn’t been great is because you don’t have themoney to have organic produce delivered weekly, or;
- The reason you haven’t been sticking to your morning meditation practice is because you don’t have someone to keep the kids occupied.
All of these reasons are legitimate.
Really, they are.
But if they’re getting between where you are now, and where you want to be, then we need to figure out a way to get around them.
