Doors open in October.
The running
program for women
who aren’t runners… yet.

Does any of this sound familiar?
- You’d love to feel more fit, but at the end of a long day with the kids and work, you just can’t seem to get off the couch
- You’ve literally NEVER been a runner (you begged your parents to write letters to the PE teacher to get you out of school sports)
- You crave space to be with your own thoughts, and an identity that goes beyond just being a Mum (or nan, or carer, or boss, or wife, or dog-parent – because we all need a break!)
- You’d do anything to just be yourself, for 30 minutes a day
- You’ve tried running before, but you have NO idea how people actually run for more than two minutes!
- You’re absolutely terrified of running, and think you actually, unequivocally, just can’t do it.
If we were hanging out in real life, I’d be popping open a bottle of red wine and pouring you a glass right now.
(Aaaand then I’d probably have to run to the other room to help my son find his stuffed giraffe because he’s lost it for the SIXTEENTH time today – help plz).
Because here’s the thing:
I know you are a FANTASTIC mum / wife/ friend /coworker / cheerleader / and “make-an-unnecessarily-complicated-Year-5-art-project-happen-the-night-before”-er. A master multitasker, you can order groceries, do laundry, unload the dishwasher, and deliver an on point presentation at work all at the same time.
But somewhere in that mix are your dreams and goals, just waiting for that incredible light of yours to shine on them too.
Finding time for yourself isn’t easy.
As a Mum of two delightful and hilarious, but, uhhhh, rather intense boys, I get it.
But what I know for sure is this:
If I want to show up as a great Mum, a good boss, an engaged friend and partner, I need to carve out a small window of time for myself.
And when I take that 20 minutes to get outside, and run through the streets, fresh air in my lungs, feet pounding below me, I come back happier, in a better mood, ready to show up for the endless Zoom meetings and birthday parties and bath times.
That’s why I created RUN with Turia.
A flexible, fun and no BS running program for Mums (and busy non-Mums!) who want to get from the couch to the finish line (or you know at least to the end of the street and back).
So, you’re wondering “maybe this running thing could be for me” …
…but you’re still not sure if it’s possible.
Here’s the thing, my friend.
Running IS daunting when you’re new to it, or if it’s been years since you last gave it a go!
Anyone who tells you to “just do it” doesn’t realise that running in public, when you’ve never really done it before is actually really bloody SCARY.
But I know a thing or two about tackling scary things.
And I know that this is something you can, in fact, do.
So, if you’re here because you want to get stuck into something positive and new. And if you’re here to figure out how to prioritise yourself (and yeah, maybe improve your fitness a little at the same time!), well, that’s exactly what you’ll get inside Run with Turia.
Not only will this program meet you where you are right now, and build your fitness and confidence slowly, it’s also gonna give you the support and accountability you need to make these changes stick.
If you’re ready to try something new, I’d love to run with you.
You won’t look back, except to see just how far you’ve come.

“Look Mama, she’s a
runner like you!“
Watch the moment our 5km member Gabrielle realised she’d done the impossible (This video gives me goosebumps EVERY time!).
I want to highlight something here:
You know what made Gabrielle a runner in her daughter’s eyes? Getting out the door and having a go each week of the program. That’s it!
It wasn’t running at a certain pace, or being able to run for a set period of time. It wasn’t being able to run up mountains, and at Olympic speeds.
Gabrielle is a runner because she laces up her shoes, and walks out the front door, and has a go. And that’s all it will take for you to become a runner too.
I’ve poured everything you need
to run 5kms in this program.
A flexible "doable" program
A flexible nine week training program that will build your fitness slowly over nine weeks. Plus tips on technique, and how to run at a pace that you can actually maintain (read: not end up in a breathless, sweaty heap at the end of your street! Trust me, I’ve been there and I won’t let it happen to you inside this program).
You’ll get the program upfront so you can plan out your sessions in advance, and we’ve included extra resources like strength workouts, a mobility and stretching lesson and lessons with our physios to help you start running correctly from the very beginning, and to support your body as you get fitter, and faster and stronger.
A flexible 10 week training program that will build your fitness slowly over ten weeks.
Tips to help you actually get out the door
Weekly tips from me, delivered in short, accessible, Mum-friendly formats.
That means: a short video delivered every Sunday – also available as an audio file and a written post. So, you can; read it quietly while your toddler is sleeping, watch a video in bed or listen to the audio while you’re doing jobs/ferrying your teenagers around town in your personal Uber service (we heard you have a 5 star rating?).
Each tip I share will help you get out the door, keep your training sessions on track and help you do things like say no more often (you know you need that!), stop comparing yourself to others, break through your barriers and stop your inner critic.

But will I REALLY be able to run 5km?!
Yes! But you’re not expected to run 5km straight away. We build up to it over the nine weeks, with guidelines for each training session about how fast you should be running (Hint: the slower the better!).
I’m not gonna make you train like some Olympic athlete. That’s not what this program is about. It’s about learning how to back yourself, and how to make slow and consistent changes.
So dig out those running shoes from the back of your closet, friend.
Let’s get you to that 5km finish line.
Still not convinced you’ll be able to do it?
That’s what these women thought.

What if it doesn't work?
Worried this won’t work for you?
If you’re concerned this will be “another program you don’t finish” or another “failed attempt”, listen to April’s story.
“I was scared of failing. I was really scared of failing.
I didn’t want to fail my family. I didn’t want to fail my kids. And of course I didn’t want to fail myself.
I signed up, and I never once felt like I couldn’t do this… I didn’t fail.
It’s given me my life back at 53″.

“The hardest thing I had to overcome when I signed up was leaving my ego at the door. I was embarrassed about my lack of fitness.
But I stopped worrying about not looking like a runner, I’m no longer concerned with running fast when a car passes me. I believe in myself. Oh and did I mention I ran 5kms for the first time in 28 years!I wish I knew the program existed sooner. I would have signed up and been a part of this community sooner.
Thinking about joining us? DO IT. Don’t overthink this process, just believe in it.”

What if I’m not a Mum?
That’s fine! While the course was designed for Mums, we have plenty of women without kids running with us.
We’d LOVE to have you!
Got questions? I’ve got answers!
Is RUN right for me?
If you’re a Mum (over 12 months postpartum) who wants to take on a challenge, learn how to make time for yourself, and feel stronger, YES, this program is for you!
How does the program work?
Great q! OK, so you’ll get access to the full training program up front, so that you can schedule everything in and know what’s coming up.
Each week has been structured to include a total of three runs, which you can schedule in on the days of the week that suit you. It’s designed to be totally flexible!
Each week, we also recommend that you include one strength session and one mobility/stretching session. We have strength and mobility videos you can follow and you can also join in on one or more of the online strength training classes or mobility classes we offer throughout the program.
There’s also live coaching calls and online workshops you can join, but if you can’t make those live, you’ll also get access to replays.
Beyond the actual running side of things, Turia also releases a weekly video exploring a new tips to help you get out the door, learn how to prioritise yourself and make this new habit actually stick.
They’re short and sweet (which we love!).
How much time will it take?
For the 5km program:
The total time required each week starts at one and a half hours, and builds up to around four hours.
For the 10km program:
The total time required each week starts at two hours, and builds up to around five hours.
For the 21km program:
The total time required each week starts at two and a half hours, and builds up to around six hours.
I'm concerned about your pelvic floor strength. How do I know if I'm ready?
Firstly, we love that you’re thinking about this. Pelvic floor health is SO important, and we don’t want you to join this program before you’re ready.
The team at Finish Line PT have put together this handy pre-screen test for you. If you’re unsure if this program is right for you, from a pelvic health perspective, use this test and their accompanying recommendations as a guide.
What was that about 12 months?
While the program has been reviewed by women’s health physiotherapists, this is not a postpartum specific course. If you’ve given birth in the last 12 months, this program is not for you. Take a beat, enjoy (or just survive!) that first year, and come and join us when you’re physically and mentally ready for the challenge. I promise we’ll be worth the wait.
I don't have much running gear. What will I need to do the course?
Look, if you can spring for a new kit, some fancy super-sonic headphones and an extra smart watch gadgety thing that can sense your perspiration… that’s great. Awesome in fact!
But all you really need for this course is a pair of joggers and a positive attitude. Really!
You’ll see in the training programs that sometimes you’ll need to run for a certain amount of time, so a watch can be helpful (but is not imperative – you can always use your phone. Um, you do have a phone don’t you? ?).
You’ll also see that sometimes you need to run for a certain distance so having a watch that gives you this information is helpful, but again, not necessary. You can use Google Maps to work out roughly how far it is around an oval, you can use a free app like Map My Run, or you can drive your planned route and get an estimate using your car’s odometer.
My kids are all grown up, can I still join?
Of course! If you’re a Mum of teens, toddlers or adults, you can join this course!
Is it available in my country?
Yes, it’s an online course, so as long as you have a computer or smartphone connected to the internet, you can join in!
I've just had a baby, can I join?
While the program has been reviewed by women’s health physiotherapists, this is not a postpartum specific course. If you’ve given birth in the last 12 months, this program is not for you. Take a beat, enjoy (or just survive!) that first year, and come and join us when you’re physically and mentally ready for the challenge. I promise we’ll be worth the wait.
.
How much access will I have to you, Turia?
You’ll have two opportunities to chat with Turia live on our group coaching calls! She’ll also pop into the Facebook group to answer your q’s once or twice a week. The rest of the time, Team Turia will be here to support you along your journey! No one ever does anything great alone, we’ve got your back 100% of the way.
What's your refund policy?
We want you to have an amazing experience in this course, but if something happens that stops you from participating, we’ll give you 14 days from the course start date to request a refund. After that date, you can still request a refund on compassionate grounds.

What it’s like to train with me
Wondering what it’s like inside the program?
Hear from some of my amazing members:
From our awesome community.
“Put your gym membership on hold and sign up to RUN. The feeling of achievement after each run is so worth it… and so is the time for yourself.”
– Lauren
“I went from being too scared to even run for short distances at the gym to actually enjoying running. It started small, made me challenge myself in a safe way and then gave me some quick wins. It was achievable and made me feel successful.”
– Jess
“The most fun, positive and just plain wonderful group exercise experience I’ve ever had in my life!! For a fraction of the cost of a yearly gym membership (or even some boot camps) you can gain fitness, skills and most importantly the best, biggest squad of cheerleaders ever. You’ll be set up to reach amazing goals (both now and in future)!”
– Linda
“Fun, challenging, exhausting but one of the best ‘fitness’ experiences I’ve had. This program works.”
– Chrissie
“I learnt that those distances I had run in the past (that I feared were slipping away from me) were still actually in me. I just needed to believe I could do it. Having Turia’s and Bel’s encouragement as well as this wonderful group of fellow runners helps prove to me that I’m not alone.”
– Sandy
“I’ve discovered just how much I need running – it’s the best head clearer there is. I’m proud that I’ve been able to push through mental and physical barriers, and am running further than I have in 8 years!”
– Amanda
“This is the first training program where I actually saw results and achieved the goal I set myself well ahead of time. The support, training tips and program is perfectly structured to ensure success.”
– Debbie
“Run with Turia is amazing! Fun, flexible and informative. I never thought I could enjoy running for over an hour! Amazed how this program has not only inspired me but my 9 year old (occasional) running buddy.”
– Yvonne
“Run with Turia gave me my sense of self back and gave me time to focus on just me”
– Christie
“Thanks to Turia, I feel like no matter what gets thrown at me, I now have the skills and mindset to get through it!”
– Cirsty
“Turia and the team are amazing, inspiring, motivating, kind and funny! You will love the program, the coaching and the Facebook page! Everyone is gorgeous and positive and generous with their feedback. Of course you will find many challenges but you will grow and feel stronger and more empowered every day! You can do this!”
– Angela
“I can’t adequately describe the shift that has occurred through this program. I always thought of runners as “others”. I now know I am a runner. Yes I am a mother, a friend, a worker but I am also a runner. I can do the hard things… because why not!”
– Eva
